Have you ever felt a bit of panic when you look at your child? We all want our children to be "good" - to be polite, get decent exam results, and stay out of trouble. But what if our idea of "good" is actually too small?
In this short Bible devotional, we look at the story of Moses and his mother, Jochebed. When she looked at her baby, she saw something much deeper than just a "cute" child. She saw that he was _tov_ - an ancient word that means he was fit for God's specific purpose.
Stop trying to "fix" the young people in your life for a moment and start looking for the "God-good" spark inside them.
