Why does following Jesus sometimes feel like such slow progress?  
Titus 2 offers a wonderfully hopeful answer: *grace is teaching you.*

In today’s 5-minute Christian devotional, we explore Titus 2:11–12 and discover that God’s grace does more than forgive us. Grace patiently trains us into a new way of living. Spiritual growth is rarely one dramatic moment. More often, it happens through small acts of patience, prayer, kindness and service repeated over time.

You do not practise these things to earn God’s love. You practise them because his love has already found you.
